Why This Made The List?
This melodrama is by far one of my favorite films of all time. It's an easy watch for late nights with the spouse even though it has its suspenseful moments and touches on the war tensions that were at the center of our world at the time of it's release. The love story between Bogart and Bergman draws you in because of their undeniable chemistry. This film continues to get better every time I watch it.
Why This Made The List?
Not a whole lot of positive values from this one I admit, but an essential romantic film to remind yourself that genuine interest in your spouse or mate is forever a place to continue to invest .
